Avoca

Avoca Cottage is a cosy two-bedroomed self-catering cottage - ideal for families and groups of friends who want to relax and enjoy Wild Mountain country on a tranquil working farm.

The ancestors of today's owners were responsible for surveying the entire district in 1861 and given the choice of any farm they decided that this was the loveliest of them all. As you look at the stunning views you can understand why - Avoca and Snowdon peaks tower overhead and waterfalls cascade down into valley streams. The farm is still owned by the same family as those early settlers and today they are well known for their quality wool-producing sheep and for breeding Sussex cattle.

Choose from the activities below, or we can tailor multi-day adventure packages to your exact needs, including the option of travelling from farm to farm via foot, horseback, mountain bike and river raft whilst we transport your luggage for you to your next overnight stop.
