Millard Mountain Lodge

Millard Mountain Lodge provides an idyllic mountain setting for contemplative relaxation or rugged outward- bound adventure. Situated high in the mountains of the southern Drakensberg, just above the Diepspruit, the beautifully furnished and comfortably warm lodge, sleeps 10 people, (2 bathrooms en-suite), and is perfect for both catered and self-catered stays.

Your hosts, Wynne and Dawn Green, are well known for their friendliness and hospitality and will make your stay an experience to remember. Our focus is on people, and creating a setting that is home from home. Of the many activities we offer, we specialize in guided rock art and historical excursions, horse-riding, hiking and wild flowers, fishing, clay-pigeon shooting, and musical evenings. Enjoy a meal with us, take a walk with our mad dogs, enjoy sundowners in the mountains next to rock pools, or relax with a good book in the comfort of our lodge. And it is all hugely affordable!

Complimentary wine and chocolates are supplied, and on good days, farm milk and freshly baked bread. We are the perfect getaway for families and groups of friends.
